Early voting results
Barack Obama has won the race for president. Despite his support nationwide, in Williamson County Obama lost to John McCain, who carried Texas. In Taylor, it appears a $43 million bond issue has been approved. The Taylor Independent School District requested the bond to build a new high school. Following are results from Tuesday's election.
