Famous PeopleActor Bob Odenkirk, 59, who collapsed on the set of ‘Better Call Saul’ last year, believes he would not have survived had his colleagues not come to his rescue immediately for CPR. He said this in an interview with the British Radio Times. “If no one was around, I would have died in minutes.”
Odendirk, 59, died on the set last year of a heart attack. The actor’s colleagues acted quickly and called an ambulance, after which he underwent emergency surgery in the hospital.
“I fell to my knees and then fell to the ground. I think I said something along the lines of, ‘I’m not feeling well,'” Oendirk reflects on. His teammates, Rhea Seehorn and Patrick Fabian, grabbed his hand and yelled at him to remain conscious.

Another crew member with a pacemaker was found in the trunk of her car. He was taken out, but a little earlier, his colleagues revived Odenkirk. “I wasn’t breathing. If no one had been there, and had they not done so, I would have died within minutes.” Odenkirk then received three shocks from a pacemaker, which he cannot remember.
The actor became known to the general public as attorney Saul Goodman in the series Breaking Bad. After the end of that series, his character could continue in ‘Better Call Saul’, the sixth and final season of which is now being taped. He was nominated four times for an Emmy for this role.
