ServiceNow and Zoom are expanding their partnership. The companies will announce this during the US edition of Zoomtopia that ends today.

Ongoing collaboration will bring benefits to Zoom and ServiceNow customers. Zoom Contact Center is the first center to be integrated into the ServiceNow app. This allows employees to follow ongoing conversations from the app.
The ServiceNow Personnel Center will also be added to the Zoom environment. Among other things, the service improves the ways in which customer service personnel can seek help from other departments. To this, ServiceNow has added features for blended work life and given managers the tools to lead the blended team.
Finally, there will be the possibility of live collaboration by transferring chat conversations from Zoom Team Chat directly to the ServiceNow ticket.
