It has gradually become a Christmas tradition. Before the first appetizers appeared right on the table, De Warmste Week quickly broke a record. Since the campaign was organized under this name, the amount collected increased year by year: from 2,501,987 euros in 2013 to 1,751,153 euros in 2019. However, this succession of records also had a downside. The increasing focus on the final amount threatened to obscure the campaign’s message.
