Hearthstone Masters Tour: Maw’s Announcement and Turbulence

The Mao and Turbulence Tour of the Hearthstone Masters is taking place this weekend. This is the sixth and final round of the 2022 Hearthstone Masters Tour and will take place entirely online. More than 400 players from all over the world will compete for a prize money of $250,000.

The tournament takes place from Friday 7 to Sunday 9 October. Broadcasting starts daily at 9:00 am Dutch time. The tournament will be broadcast on Youtube Hearthstone Esports Channel. This weekend’s English presentation will be presented by Jia, TJ Sanders, Darroch, Raven and Sottle. For viewers who have linked their YouTube accounts to their BattleNet account, there are two packs of Hearthstone: Murder at Castle Nathria that can be earned, each for two hours of watching. This doesn’t have to be consecutive, but it may spread over the weekend.

Hearthstone Masters Tour Maw and Disorder is played in the Conquest Best of Five format. On the first day there will be four rounds of Swiss play. On the second day, four more rounds are held for the Swiss, after which the top sixteen players move on to the third day. These play one disqualification category, where they compete for the first prize of around fourteen thousand euros. The winner of the Hearthstone Masters Tour Maw and Disorder qualifies for the Masters Tour Fall, which includes places for the Hearthstone World Championship.

Benelux

This weekend a number of Benelux players will participate in the tournament. Eligibles from our region are Dinx, Sezoklo and Thijs from the Netherlands, Martooka, Babybear, SupoZitWar, SaucisseSwan from Belgium and wiRer from Luxembourg.
