Ming-Chu Kuo recently said that the iPhone SE 4 will have a 6.1-inch screen. iPhone SE 2022 still has a 4.7-inch LCD screen. According to the Korean website The Elec, this is also obvious. The iPhone SE 4 is an entry-level iPhone, so it’s smart to use what’s already on there. Since the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 use the same OLED display, there will likely be enough stock to use for the new iPhone SE 4 as well.
