Kim Jong-un’s sister criticizes US-South Korea nuclear deal and slams Biden: “Old man with no future” | Abroad

North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un’s sister has threatened the US and South Korea. Kim Yo-jong warned that cooperation between the two countries would create “great danger” and increase North Korea’s military action. He lashed out at US President Joe Biden, 80, calling him “an old man with no future”.

The hostile comments by Kim Jong-un’s sister come after South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol visited the United States on Wednesday. During a press conference at the White House, US President Joe Biden spoke openly. He urged North Korea not to launch a nuclear attack. Above all, he insisted, such an act would mean the end of the North Korean regime.

The two partners announced a new deal. Even so, if North Korea were to launch a nuclear attack, the US military would likely retaliate in kind.

“World peace is in grave danger”

Kim Yo-jong did not like Biden’s statements. According to state media, the US president responded that he was “misleading and overconfident”. “This is probably the stupid opinion of an old man with no future who is completely irresponsible for America’s security,” he lashed out.

According to Yeo-jong, the agreement between the US and South Korea shows that both countries “want to act aggressively”. He asserted that the move would “severely affect the peace and security of Northeast Asia and the rest of the world.” “The more adversaries are determined to conduct nuclear drills and the more they use nuclear weapons near the Korean Peninsula, the stronger our right of self-defense will be,” he added.

Kim Yo-jong holds a senior position in the Central Committee of the North Korean Workers’ Party and is said to have great influence over his brother. Tensions between North and South Korea have increased recently. North Korea continues to conduct military missile exercises and recently declared its status as a nuclear power “irreversible.”
