Meghan Markle’s old texts resurface: ‘Harry was the victim of constant criticism’ | Property

PropertyAccording to Meghan Markle, 40, her husband Prince Harry, 37, has been constantly criticized by other members of the British royal family. This is evidenced by some of the old letters the Duchess of Sussex sent to Jason Knauf, her former press secretary. The reason for the criticism was Meghan’s difficult relationship with her father, Thomas Markle (77).

A series of text messages from Meghan Markle were published this week in a new hearing. It concerns the Duchess of Sussex’s appeal against The Mail on Sunday. Markle has gone to court in the past when parts of a personal letter to her father were printed by The Mail on Sunday. She said the call to her father not to go to the British newspapers anymore and not to spread false information, was very personal. The court ruled in favor of Britain’s Prince Harry and ordered the Sunday newspaper to apologize on its front page. The newspaper appealed this decision.

The appeal case resumed this week and a number of old text messages from Meghan Markle were discussed on Friday. Reports show that Prince Harry’s wife has been clearly disappointed by other members of the British royal family. In a letter, Markle wrote, among other things, that they “could not understand why she did not want to call her father” and that she wrote the letter in question “just to protect her husband from constant criticism”. Another text read: “Even after a week with his dad endlessly explaining the situation, his family seems to forget the context—and goes back to ‘Can’t you go see him?'” End this whole fuss? All the texts in question were sent to the same person: Jason Knauf, her former press secretary.

Jason Knauf has previously been in the spotlight as he made it clear he regrets not speaking sooner about the lawsuit against the British newspaper. He says he has evidence for The Mail on Sunday. Knauf claims that Megan only wrote the letter because she was sure her father would pass it on to the press.
