Dutch manager De Makers Bovedev from Hamm, Gerson Rosa, faces 30 months in prison for fraud. Wherever a man goes, he leaves a trail of destruction. Each time, he does not finish his thirty and runs away with progress.

In the Netherlands, the TV channel SBS6 dedicated a report to the defendants from Curaçao. Even with our northern neighbors, Gerson Rosa didn’t finish his job after first making money. The guy has many fake businesses and distraught clients. A few years ago he settled in Ham with De Makers Bouwbedrijf. The police have received five complaints of fraud. In Heusden-Zolder, Keerbergen, Mol and Mechelen, among others, they called him to renovations. Again, he didn’t finish his job. Preparing quotes, providing advance invoices, and requesting additional costs for unexpected business worked without any issues.
When the victims demanded a response, they remained silent. Meanwhile, Hamm’s business is bankrupt. Gerson Rosa barely cooperated with the investigation. Meanwhile, the man is pointed out. “He deceived people for pure financial gain. I am asking for 30 months’ imprisonment and a fine of €4,000 in absentia,” said the public prosecutor. A victim has filed a civil suit and is claiming €8,600 in damages. “He only did demolitions and built nothing.”
