Visit America for work

Maxima is currently working for America without Willem-Alexander. The trip had to be canceled on medical advice due to the King’s absence. He is recovering from pneumonia. According to the Government Information Service, taking such a long flight can prevent full recovery from pneumonia.

Activities in the Netherlands

The King may continue his activities in the Netherlands, but on a more limited scale. Willem-Alexander, who visited the application center for asylum seekers in Der Abel on Wednesday, said he was recovering from pneumonia. He had a frequent cough during his visit, for which he apologized.
