SciencesIn Texas, the launch of the New Shepard launch vehicle from Blue Origin, the space company of billionaire Jeff Bezos, failed on Monday. Space.com mentioned it.
The bomber took off at 4:27 pm Belgium time on an unmanned science mission. When the New Shepard reached an altitude of 9,144 meters after one minute and five seconds, something went wrong.
The trapped capsule activated its solid-fuel cutter engine, and eventually landed safely in Texas with its 36 experiments, half of which were for NASA.
The cause of the failure is not yet known.
