American rapper and singer Aaron Carter has died at the age of 34. This was confirmed by his older brother’s business manager Nick Carter, a singer with the Backstreet Boys. The cause of death is not yet clear.
Official spokesperson says Sky News Know: “It is with great sadness that we confirm the death of Aaron Carter. The cause of death is currently being investigated. We are just as sad as anyone else. We ask that you give the family time, and they will provide more information when it is available.”
According to TMZ Entertainment, Carter’s lifeless body was found in the bathtub of his home in Lancaster, California after emergency services received an emergency call around 11 a.m. local time.
Aaron is the younger brother of Nick Carter, who made his name with the Backstreet Boys. The boy band, hugely popular in the ’90s, will perform the DNA World Tour at Sportpaleis in Antwerp on November 10. It is not yet clear if the concert will take place after Aaron Carter’s death.
Aaron Carter released his first album in 1997 when he was nine years old. The album contains his first single “Crush On You”. In the years that followed, he released three more albums. Sold millions of copies. He was a regular supporter for the Backstreet Boys as well as Britney Spears. He has also been seen as an actor in TV series and movies and has also been seen in Dancing with the stars And reality series Pete Carters.
His last album Love was released in 2018.
In his later life, Aaron became a rapper and faced many problems. He was admitted to the rehabilitation clinic several times and had psychological problems. He recently announced his desire to regain custody of his son Prince, who was born in 2021. Earlier this year, he allowed daily Mail I know he no longer wants to be seen as a wreck.
Relations with his family became cloudy. In 2019, Nick Carter obtained a restraining order from a judge for his younger brother. According to him, Aaron Carter threatened to kill his pregnant wife. Nick Carter then spoke of his brother’s “increasingly disturbing behaviour”.
