This new smartwatch from HUAWEI runs on the smart Harmony OS that allows you to install apps on the smartwatch. This watch has an extended battery life, which means it will last 14 days with normal use or 8 days with heavy use (Watch GT 3 46mm). The HUAWEI Watch GT 3 also has more workouts to keep track of. There are now over 100 to choose from, including hiking, biking, open water swimming, triathlon, skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and golf.
The AI Running Coach is a personal running coach that provides you with a weekly training plan based on your personal data. You can also use the new RAI to measure operability. This feature uses historical data to run heart rate, pace, and other data to analyze the performance running after each exercise, helping users understand exercise progress and see improvements.
In addition, the Watch GT 3 is packed with sensors and a very accurate GPS. Of course you download apps and you can receive and read your notifications on the screen.
The smartwatch also runs on HarmonyOS and tracks all kinds of health data for you, including heart rhythm monitoring and abnormal heart rhythm warnings, SpO2 monitoring, sleep and stress monitoring, and healthy living notifications.
