HR software expert Textkernel hires American software company Sovereign, which specializes in artificial intelligence, for recruitment. Textkernel thus confirms its position as a global market leader in search and match technology. The acquisition is backed by Software Investor Main Capital Partners.
Sovren is primarily active in the North American market and operates from Texas in the United States with a product portfolio comparable to Textkernel’s package. This expansion seamlessly fits in with the textkernel’s mission to better connect people and jobs.
Through this strategic move, Textkernel continues its successful growth trajectory and strengthens its position in the North American market and APAC region. Both Textkernel and Sovren have seen significant growth in recent years, both inside and outside the United States. Since its inception, Textkernel has served over 2,500 customers, with offices in the Netherlands, USA, France and Germany, as well as the largest employment agencies in the world.
