Galaxy S20 January 2023 update
It’s been almost three years since Samsung launched the Galaxy S20 series. This means that the end of the period in which devices receive the latest security patch each month is likely to be near. Of course the updates don’t stop there – but they will only come quarterly.
The devices officially appeared in stores in March 2020, so a switch in update frequency will likely follow in April and possibly May. So we assume that with the Galaxy S20, S20+ or S20 Ultra you will receive each patch individually for a few months.
