Ripple won another small victory on the court. The judge granted Ripple’s request for additional time to respond to the Securities and Exchange Commission’s proposal. In addition, the SEC should release the revised documents to Ripple before tomorrow.
Good news for Ripple
Attorney James K. Phelan, who is closely following the lawsuit, confirmed that Ripple Labs received the positive news via a text memo that was recently communicated to its attorney.

The lawsuit, which has been going on for more than a year, appears to be finally coming to an end. However, it is difficult to predict exactly what the outcome of the case will be. Analysts predict that if the lawsuit turns out to be positive for Ripple, the price of the XRP token could rise.
