This startup aims to launch a commercial space station in 2025

American startup Vast has announced plans to build the world’s first commercial space station. It should be launched within two years.

Why is this important?

In recent years, private space companies have made great strides in making space travel more accessible to individuals. But so far no company has built a private space station. Currently, there are only two stations in Earth orbit: the International Space Station and China’s Tiangong (Heavenly Palace) station.
