PropertyThe feud continues between Prince William (40) and his brother Prince Harry (37). Since the much-discussed interview of Harry and Meghan Markle, 40, with Oprah Winfrey, there has been virtually no contact, and no initiatives have been sought during the Queen’s anniversary last month. According to British royal expert and author Katie Nicholl, a “lack of trust” stands in the way of their reconciliation.
Prince William and Kate Middleton are still estranged from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, according to royal correspondent Katie Nicholl. “I don’t think it’s just because of Cambridge’s busy schedule, but also because of their lack of confidence,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “I know William and Kate are concerned that anything they say or do could be leaked to the media. So I think Prince Harry and Meghan really need to prove that they can be trusted.”
Harry and Meghan traveled to the UK in early June to celebrate the Queen’s 70th anniversary. They appeared at a party at St Paul’s Cathedral, which was also attended by Prince William and Kate. Now that Harry has also worked on his memoirs and he and Meghan are releasing their own documentary on Netflix, Nicole points out that William and Kate should be careful in everything they do or share.

I certainly think Harry and Meghan should respect their wishes to keep their meetings secret. According to one of the palace employees, the reconciliation is also on hold: “Things are still precarious. William is still wary of spending time alone with Harry because you don’t know exactly what might leak next.”
Meanwhile, British biographer Angela Levine, author of “Harry: A Biography of the Prince,” believes the Sussex family should have stayed longer in the UK to rebuild their relationship with the royal family. “They should have stayed a few more days after the anniversary, to spend time with the Queen and try to come to terms with William,” Angela said. “They had the time, but chose to go back and forth quickly. Now it seems Harry has lost all respect for anyone. All his self-destructive behavior and impatience are visible. He can’t hide it anymore.”
