International Hemp, a Denver-based hemp genetic manufacturer and distributor, holds the exclusive rights to license and distribute two hemp fibers, Enectarol and Carmenecta, in the United States and Latin America.

Created by two types Enecta, A Dutch company specializing in phytoCannabinoids, Plant breeding and genetic development of high yielding hemp.

Derek Montgomery, CEO of International Hemps, said: “This is a wonderful addition to our commercial inventory of industrial hemp varieties. Some of the most suitable hemp fibers are commercially available in South America. We hope to provide both.

Terry Moran, Vice President, International Jute Production and Operations, added: “I am delighted to be working with Enecto to commercialize and manufacture these two new varieties.”

International Hemp is expected to start production of new varieties in commercial varieties with domestic seed production partners in 2022 and samples with relevant yield data will be available by 2023.

Two types of hemp with their own characteristics

Enectrol is a dual-purpose type that, according to one company, contains stem and up to 8% high-quality fiber CPGConcentration in flowers.

Carmenectra was grown as a high-yielding fiber, with a quality comparable to that of carmagnola, but selected for THC.

Both varieties have been tested and approved by state-level certifying bodies, including the Colorado Seed Growers Association. THCPass Compliance Test conducted by the Colorado Department of Agriculture.
