Mathematics training is provided to Fernandez Autohandel technicians

From August 2023 to January 2024, GSJConsultancy & Trainingen provided mathematics training for rubber/mechanical technicians at Fernandes Autohandel NV at the Lebanonweg site in Suriname.

The purpose of this training was to teach employees the necessary theories in mathematics, in particular: calculating angles, linear and quadratic functions, vectors and the mean, and to have them apply them through cases and assignments, so that participants can gain knowledge. It will be clear to them which theories can be used and in what practical situations.

The training certification ceremony was held on Monday, February 26 in the presence of Service Coordinator Khalil Rajiman and CEO of GSJConsultancy & Trainingen, Gomti Sharda Kanhai Jajalal.

The trainees were very satisfied with the training and indicated that they applied the new knowledge and insights into their workplace. They also experienced the interactive approach as fun and effective.

The mathematics trainer, Rawin Sangam, optimally shared his knowledge and vision and, through practice-oriented tasks, allowed the trainees to apply what they had learned in their practice. For example, the students had to position the machine in a certain direction on behalf of their employer, and they then received knowledge and ideas about trigonometry from the instructor.

Sangam noted that the trainees were enthusiastic and enthusiastic during the training. It was a challenge for him to teach these rubber technicians/mechanics mathematics in a practice-oriented manner.

Mathematics is often considered a difficult school subject that society does not need. Rubber technicians/mechanics have proven otherwise. They indicated that they could use mathematics knowledge and insights very well in their work.
