October 2023 will be a big month for gamers, and these 20 promising games will be released this month

It’s October, the busiest month of 2023 in terms of game releases. At least two major games are released every week in October.

This month sees the release of some highly anticipated titles from Assassin’s Creed Mirage, a prequel to Basim’s Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Furthermore, Forza Motorsport, the simulation racing game that fans have been waiting for for years, has been released. For Soulslike fans, Lords of the Fallen has been released, an Unreal Engine 5 game where the latest technologies are used.

The Battle of the Titans will also take place in October, because a brand new 2D Mario game will be released, but also a new 2D Sonic game. Konami is also releasing a bunch of classic Metal Gear games. The horror game Alan Wake 2 that fans have been waiting 13 years is coming out later this month. Perhaps the biggest hit of the month is Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Sony’s biggest game of the year.
