Pokémon has a problem with leaks

Pokémon Brilliant Diaond ePokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl won’t be released until next week, but the highly anticipated remasters are leaking because stores are shipping the game too early. This isn’t new for the Pokémon Company, as games have been leaked a lot in recent years.

VGC I reported last weekend that a Reddit user shared that he already owns the Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. The user lives in North America and the post has since been removed, but several images and videos of the games are widely distributed across social media.

This isn’t the first time a Pokémon game has been leaked. This has happened before with Sword and Shield and even with 3DS games there have been leaks. Even the announcement of the Gen 4 edition was leaked. The curtain was officially unveiled in February, but a few days before that Centro Pokemon All fans are expecting is “Big News”. Additionally, Latif shared a photo of Dialga and Balkia. The leak turned out to be true and remanufacturing was announced.

The same thing happened with Pokémon: Legends Arceus. That game was revealed during the same presentation, but the morning before, both the game and several photos and videos had been leaked.
