Never before have so many new apartments been built in Ostend as in recent years. Everywhere new city neighborhoods appear with hundreds of new apartments. Degrout Real Estate Group is currently building 485 apartments next to the station of the Sky Towers project. In Wellington, they have a second project with Waves, good for 430 apartments. In Mariakerke, 800 housing units are provided within the “Osea in Mariakerke” project. On Oosteroever, nearly 2,000 more apartments from Versluys and Burco Coast will be added. Of course the seawall is also full of apartments and there are a number of small projects with newly built apartments. So there is no shortage of choice.
