3×3 World Cup: The perfect first day for the Belgian Lions, the Americans also start strong | Basketball World Cup 3×3

Just like Belgium, the Americans start the World Cup with a perfect report. Slovenia is not a match for the champion and got 22-9.

This was the last match of day one in the 3×3 World Cup. Tomorrow we will be back to work from 11 am and in the evening session the Belgian cats will also be working for the first time.

Spain can deliver a perfect report after the first day. Spain beat Chile in its second match. This was the second loss in the number of matches Chile has lost. But most importantly: it’s up to the Belgian Lions now!

Austria comes along in the final, but Team USA maintains their composure. The Americans dropped two bombs at 17-17 and the Austrians counted: 21-17.

Team USA is also the defending champion of this World Cup, although the Americans are here with 4 more players than 3 years ago in Amsterdam.

We also played the last match of the third session with Austria and Egypt. The size of the Austrians was larger than the size of Egypt: 22-8.

Egypt will soon be the second opponent of the Belgians in the World Cup finals. The time is 9.35 pm.

Spain taught the Netherlands a lesson. The Netherlands lost 22-9 to Sandra Yejrvedd’s team. The former world number one delivered a merciful blow from behind the two-point line.

At 7:05 pm, Austria and Egypt concluded the third session. An interesting game, because those countries are in the same group as the Belgian lions.

Ziomara Morrison and colleagues weighed and found a deficiency in Canada. The Canadians won their first match by a wide margin: 21-10.
