Base price on Classic savings accounts From BNP Paribas Fortis and its affiliated brands Fintro and Hello bank! It increased from 0.01% to 0.15%, while the trust premium remained at 0.10%. This is also the case for Fintro’s Blue Select savings account. The bank also reserves a maximum of €250,000 per account. If there are more, it will be transferred to a deposit account, with 0% interest.
Meanwhile, the bank is also launching the Plus savings account new account. They offer a base rate of 0.50% and a fidelity premium of 0.75%. The amount on them is limited to 100,000 euros. Funds in excess of this amount will also be transferred to a deposit account, where the interest is 0%. Only one Savings Plus account can be opened with the same owner or joint shareholders.
Please note: The base rate is set for each day that there is an amount in the account. On top of this is a fidelity bonus for funds kept for a year. The base interest rate is subject to change every day; The insurance premium is fixed immediately for a period of twelve months.
