The screen comes from the outside with a modest diagonal of 5.8 inches and a resolution of 2092 x 1080 pixels. Inside we find a larger screen with a size of 7.6 inches 2208 x 1840 pixels. Both OLED screens have a refresh rate of 120Hz for smooth pictures.
In the Holding hands Video above, leaked by Kuba Wojcieowski, you can see the Google Pixel Fold in action. What is immediately noticeable is that the fold in the screen is clearly visible.
Also striking are the relatively large bezels compared to the main competitor, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4. This has the advantage that the selfie camera simply fits into this bezel and does not have to be hidden under the screen.
The Fold runs on the same Tensor G2 chip that’s also found in the Pixel 7 Pro. However, the cameras seem to be less good. The wide-angle lens and the telephoto lens (which you can zoom in 5x) provide a unique resolution of 10.8 megapixels. The 48MP main camera has a smaller sensor than the Pixel 7 devices.
You can also start with two selfie cameras. The resolution of the external screen is 9.5 megapixels, while the one inside has a resolution of 8 megapixels.
