“I know where to find you” imposes a four-match suspension on Patro Stijn’s coach Professional Challenger League

The Disciplinary Committee of Professional Football (DCP) proposed a 7-match ban, 4 of which were effective. Goalkeeping coach Nils Hermans also had to complain in two matches by cursing the referees.

The referee’s report showed that Stijn Stijnen behaved intimidatingly towards the fourth official throughout the match. Stenen actually received a warning due to his behavior in the first half, but that did not prevent him from threatening the fourth official again during the first half.

“I will see you in court,” Stejnen said. Just like: “I know where to find you, your career ends on Monday.”

The Disciplinary Committee was very supportive of the coach. “Through words and behavior, Stejen actively contributed to creating a rebellious and even hostile atmosphere. His clear goal was to destabilize the fourth government and strike it through extreme fear,” the statement read.

This is not the first time that Stenin has had to appear before the DCP as a coach, as the committee sees no improvement in the former goalkeeper’s behavior.

The fact that he remained on the field after his disqualification and the final whistle, among other things, to seek compensation from the referees, led to his being suspended again on the day of the match. Together, Stijnen must also pay 2,500 euros.
