Motorola, the smartphone brand from Lenovo, has launched the new Motorola Edge 2021 worldwide. It comes as the successor to the Edge smartphone launched last year. The phone comes with improved specifications and more features than its predecessor. Key features of the phone include Snapdragon 778G chipset, 6.8-inch IPS FHD+ LCD screen, 8GB RAM, 108MP triple camera, 32MP front camera, 5,000mAh battery, and much more. Motorola Edge 20 online sales delayed; Pre-orders begin August 24, 2021.
As for pricing, the newly launched Motorola Edge 2021 will cost $699 (around Rs 52,000). However, the phone will go on sale at a discounted price of $499 (Rs 37,200). The phone comes in Nebula Blue color. The phone will be available for pre-order in the US starting tomorrow. Sale starts on September 2. At the moment, the company has not revealed any details about its availability in the Indian market.

As for the specifications, it features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with FHD + resolution and a refresh rate of 144Hz. The screen also supports 20:9 aspect ratio and HDR10. It comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor, paired with an Adreno 642L GPU. The SoC has up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
The smartphone has a triple camera module on the back that consists of a 108MP primary sensor assisted by an 8MP wide angle lens and a 2MP depth sensor. The front camera is 32 MP for taking selfies and video calls. You get a 5,000mAh battery with 30W fast charging support, and it runs Android 11 out of the box with My UX on top.
