Van Mossel Automotive Group has reached an agreement with the Boden family on the acquisition of Boden’s Opel garages in Tongeren and Hasselt. The acquired activities will be integrated into Van Mossel’s existing Peugeot & Citroën subsidiaries in Tongeren and Hasselt as of October 16.

Garage Boden has been a popular Opel dealer in Limburg for many years. Managing Director Philip Boden says: “With Garage Boden, we have grown into an important player in the field of mobility solutions. This applies to both new Opel cars and used vehicles of all brands. Opel customers will now be helped by Van Mossel. We would like to thank them and our employees for their trust “For many years. We are convinced that they are in reliable hands with Van Moselle.”

The group already owns 7 Opel garages in Antwerp and Limburg. “The acquisition of Garage Boden is an important strategic step to make things easier for our customers,” says Koen Claessen, CEO of Van Mossel Belgium. “With this expansion, they can now offer all of the Stellantis brands, including Opel, Peugeot, Citroën and Fiat, in one location.” “, in Hasselt and Tongeren.
