The Met Gala in New York is one of the most exclusive events in the world and a ticket costs about 30 thousand euros, but this does not mean that the food is great. At least, that’s what actress and singer Kiki Palmer claims, who shared a photo on Instagram of the – seemingly pathetic indeed – meal served to the guests.
Kiki Palmer, 28, known for her role in the movie Scream Queens, shared some photos from the Met Gala earlier this week with her ten million followers on Instagram. Not only from herself, but also from the food she provided. She admitted that she had already eaten some, but still felt that her risotto – topped with some tomato, corn and some cucumber slices – seemed a little below par. “That’s why they don’t show food,” she commented.
However, ten top chefs from New York contributed to the list, which this year was entirely vegetarian. Palmer’s meal was prepared by Emma Bingtsson, head chef at the two-star restaurant Aquavit.
