Candidates were asked about eight topics, divided into two categories: in addition to chemistry, biology, physics and mathematics, questions related to communication and critical analysis of information were also submitted. To pass the entrance examination, candidates must achieve an average of 10/20 in each of the two components and a minimum of 8/20 in each subject.
“The science part of the exam is on average less successful than the communication and critical analysis part of information. This is reflected in the very low pass rate in physics: only 19 percent of candidates have at least 8/20 for the subject,” says Laurent. Desby from Ares. A second entrance exam will be held on Saturday 27 August. Candidates can register for this test from tomorrow until August 5th.
It is the last time the entrance examination is organized like this. Next year, the entrance examination will be a competitive examination: passing the entrance examination will not be enough for admission to study. Only the best ranked candidates will be able to enroll in the program at the university of their choice.
