Dutch Crown Prince Amalia is allowed to blow out eighteen candles on her birthday cake on December 7. On this special occasion, you will receive her special book by author Claudia de Brij. The State Information Service, the government agency for our northern neighbors, announced this.
The book will have a simple title amalia It aims to draw a portrait of the crown prince. Claudia de Brij had some conversations with the future Queen of the Netherlands last summer and told us via Instagram that “whatever matters” will be in the works.
Some of the topics covered are Amalia’s love of music and equestrian sports. On top of that, readers will also learn more about how she sees her role as the future Queen. The text clips will be lightened with images from the royal family’s archives.
Fun fact: King Willem-Alexander’s eighteenth birthday was celebrated in the same way.
