Louise has tested her fans' patience but for good reason. “Winning The Voice of Flanders was transformative for my whole life,” she explains. “A lot has changed in one year and I wanted to do everything as well as possible. That's why the first song had to wait, but the time has finally come. A good song is like a good wine, it takes time,” he says. “I don’t think making A song in a month is realistic, especially if I want to write the lyrics myself. But I am very excited that my first song will be released with the start of a new season of The Voice, so for me the circle is now complete.”
With lyrics like “You can't stop me from chasing my dreams,” Louise on “My Thing” emphasizes how important it is to determine your own life path. “Everyone, just like me, has met someone who didn't believe in the dreams you have,” the singers say. “Although you learn through life how to filter out such criticism, there is one group where this remains difficult: your loved ones. Losing yourself and not believing in your dreams because of the disbelief of others,” says Louise. “My Thing is about learning to believe.” By yourself again.”
look. Louise clearly didn't see her winning The Voice at the time.
