HTC has made itself heard. After we recently saw some news about the HTC U23 Ultra, it is now in the process of announcing the device.
HTC announcement on May 18th
In recent weeks, we’ve seen the HTC U23 Pro go through quite a few times. The manufacturer, which was once very famous for its One and Sensation series, is now coming up with a new phone. In an official teaser from the manufacturer, we can expect a new announcement this week, on May 18th.
The smartphone in question is called HTC U23 Pro in the rumor mill. A name not mentioned directly by the manufacturer. It’s a U series smartphone. We’re expecting a phone with an OLED display, 108MP main camera, and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chip. Live photos appeared last week. There was also talk of a 4,600mAh battery with wireless charging option.
We also expect something from Viverse as a link or something. Viverse is HTC’s VR application platform. It is not known what HTC intends to do with this. It is also not yet clear if the new HTC smartphone will be released in the Netherlands. We will receive more information on May 18th.
