The British company Pulsar Fusion owns a partnership The US company Princeton Space Systems announced the development of nuclear fusion missiles that can hit Mars within 30 days.
Why is this important?
Since Galileo Galilei was able to prove that the Earth is just another planet, and not the center of the universe, humanity has dreamed of visiting such heavenly bodies as Mars and Venus. In the last century, the first few steps have been taken with the Apollo missions, and soon astronauts will also be going to Mars. But to colonize another celestial body requires radical new technologies.In the news: The two companies will use artificial intelligence (AI) to develop the aircraft, which will be powered by nuclear fusion.
- They will use artificial intelligence to study how plasma behaves in a small nuclear fusion reactor, based on a design by Princeton, Reverse configuration of Princeton Square(PFRC).
- That plasma, in fact a gas so hot that atomic nuclei fuse in it, releasing so much energy, it should eventually become debris.
