Thanks to this guide, you can safely handle Apple AirTag

Last night, Apple released a new “Personal Safety User Guide”. In this guide, Apple explains exactly how to safely handle its products (including AirTag) and the built-in security features. The guide highlights different strategies to ensure your personal safety. Think about the following: Control who gives you permission to track your location, automatically tell a friend when you get home, or learn how to send quick emergency notifications. And this is not all, because Apple will regularly update the guide with tips.

So the purpose of this section is to reassure readers that you can take additional steps to protect yourself from tracking abuse from strangers. Unfortunately, the manual is not available (yet) in Dutch. If you speak a bit English, it’s worth a look Apple Security Guide Takes. Even if you don’t have an AirTag at your disposal.
