An artist may have leaked the release window of two Sony games on his Artstation page. It’s about to Marvel wolverine From Insomniac Games and the new project from Bend Studio, developer of Days Gone.
Artist Hung Nguy, who has created concept art for several games, posted on his Artstation profile that Marvel’s Wolverine will be released in 2024. In addition to Wolverine, Nguy also worked on the new game from Bend Studio. According to Ngoy, it will be released in 2025.
Both histories are realistic, although of course the question is whether Ngoy actually has it working in his favor Volta graphics studio,is sufficiently involved in effective development and to what extent the data is still correct. Unforeseen circumstances can always arise that result in delays.
Surprisingly, Nguy’s portfolio page has been removed from Artstation where the news was eagerly shared. His LinkedIn page is also nowhere to be found.
Marvel’s Wolverine was announced in September 2021. At the time, the game was in early development. On the other hand, Bend Studio is working on a completely new project. Details on that game are poor, even though we know the game will likely be an open world game.
Now that Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is on shelves, Insomniac Games can fully focus on the new Wolverine game. Although a release in 2024 seems early to us. Especially since the studio has not shown anything about the game yet.
