After months of rumors, AMD has released the Radeon RX 6950 XT, RX 6750 XT, and RX 6650 XT. These cards are equipped with faster memory, as well as increased base clocks and power limits. The first custom forms are immediately available.
The updated RX 6050 XT cards use the same GPU as their predecessors, though 16Gbps memory has been replaced by 18Gbps gddr6 (17.5 in the case of the 6650 XT). Given the combination of faster memory and slightly bumpy core clocks, AMD chose to increase the power limit. The RX 6950 XT has a 335 watt TGP, 35 watts more than the RX 6900 XT. The RX 6750 XT and 6750 XT draw as much as 250 and 180 watts, or 20 watts more than their smaller brothers.
|GPU||Flow handlers||Game clock / clock increase||Memory (GDDR6)||bus||TBP|
|RX 6950 XT||5.120||2.100 / 2.310MHz||16 GB @ 18 Gbps||256 bit||335 Watt|
|RX 6900 XT||5.120||2.015/2.250MHz||16 GB @ 16 Gbps||256 bit||300 watts|
|RX 6750 XT||2560||2.495 / 2.600MHz||12 GB @ 18 Gbps||192 bit||250 watts|
|RX 6700 XT||2560||2.424 / 2.581MHz||12 GB @ 16 Gbps||192 bit||230 W|
|RX 6650 XT||2,048||2410/2635MHz||8 GB @ 17.5 Gbps||128 bit||180 watts|
|RX 6600 XT||2,048||2.359 / 2.589MHz||8 GB @ 16 Gbps||128 bit||160 watts|
By AMD’s first-party benchmarks, the RX 6950 XT is positioned between the RTX 3090 and 3090 Ti, while the RX 6750 XT should outperform the RTX 3070. Finally, the performance of the RX 6650 XT should outperform the RTX 3060. Due to the small height of the new GPU Based on Navi 23, it will eventually replace its younger brother. The 6950 XT and 6750 XT will be offered alongside the existing units.
